Midway Admission Policy

All individuals, by entering a California Carnival Company Midway agree to indemnify and hold harmless California Carnival Company, its owners, its affiliates, as well as its officers, directors, agents, employees from and against any and all liability and damage, including but not limited to attorney fees and court costs, arising from or in any way connected with the individuals use of California Carnival Company's Midway or its attractions except to the extent of injury or damage is caused by the willful misconduct of California Carnival Company. Failure to make claim before leaving the premises and commence action within 90 days constitutes a waiver of claim. California Carnival Company reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason.

California Carnival Company, its owners, managers and employees assume no liability for injury, theft, fire, damage or loss to any individual or personal property belonging to any individual. All persons should consult with their physicians before riding or attempting to ride any attraction insofar as certain individuals, including without limitation to whose are pregnant, or suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, back or neck trouble, or have had recent surgery or illness, should not ride on any attraction owned by California Carnival Company.
